The documents accepted do not by themselves prove title or authenticity.

Turnaround is confirmed after the property, scope, documents, jurisdiction and records access are reviewed. Timelines vary, and selecting an urgent request does not guarantee a completion date.

Yes. Diaspora customers can submit the request and available documents online. Any local access, registry search or professional assignment remains subject to the property location and availability.
